Product Descriptions
loizosloizou.com tries to be as accurate as possible about the characteristics of the products that appear on our Online Store. However, flowers are seasonal products and some varieties and colours are not always available. If so, they will be replaced with other flowers of similar value and/or colour. The same applies to the bases of arrangements, wrappings, etc. Please note that each arrangement is a specially bespoke work of art, made specifically for you in our store or by cooperating members of the collaborating Flower Network of Cyprus and abroad so it may be slightly different from the product image. The bouquets or arrangements are hand-tied respectively and prepared by our experienced florists. We guarantee the highest quality flowers, gifts and service for the special occasions in your life.
Prices and Availability
Prices are given in euro as well as in other currencies where they are claimed and include VAT, depending on the product and tax status of the country of destination. The prices listed on our website apply for a maximum of 15 days from the day of your order. Prices may change during peak periods as well as the week of purchase of the product. The availability of some flowers, or the container depends on the season and may be replaced by products of the same or higher value.
Right to Change
loizosloizou.com reserves the right to make any changes on its Online Store, Trading, Policy and Terms of Use at any time as deemed necessary and without notice.
Cancellation of Order and Refund – due to Defect
If your order has already been prepared, shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we can cancel it up to 3 days prior to delivery and your money will be refunded in full. Just contact us at +357 25 260 720. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check the status of the products, their packaging and their type to identify any obvious defects before you return them. Please contact our Customer Service at +357 25 260 720 to inform us of your desire to return the products. In the case of returning products that are defective or different to those you ordered, the items will be replaced immediately without any charge.
Applicable Law – Disagreements
